Thoughtful travel planning can involve personal details. This policy explains what information may be collected, why it is used and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to the Thailand Luxury Travel website and our direct communications. It does not control the independent privacy practices of hotels, guides, transportation companies or other third parties whose services or websites you choose to use.

Information we may collect
We may collect information you choose to provide when you build or save a Travel Lens, contact us or request travel planning, such as your name, contact details, travel preferences, desired pace, interests, party composition, travel dates, budget guidance and other information relevant to your journey. Our website and hosting providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and access logs.

How we use information
We use information to create and save personalized Travel Lens recommendations, respond to requests, evaluate and design potential travel arrangements, communicate with you, operate and protect the website, improve our services, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

AI-assisted personalization
Travel Lens may send the preference selections in your profile to an AI service to generate destination explanations and a requested travel report. The report service may use web search to identify current hotels, restaurants and experiences. We do not include your email address in the AI prompt, and AI-generated recommendations are directional and reviewed against current conditions during planning.

Travel and service partners
When necessary to explore or arrange a journey, information may be shared with appropriate hotels, villas, guides, transportation providers, destination specialists and other service providers. We aim to share only what is reasonably needed for the relevant request or service. We may also use vendors that support hosting, communications, security and business operations.

Sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. If our practices materially change, this policy will be updated and any choices required by applicable law will be provided.

Accounts, retention and security
Travel Lens uses passwordless email authentication and stores saved profiles through Supabase. Account access is restricted through row-level ownership controls. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting and operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing
Thailand travel planning may require information to be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws in those locations may differ. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use information consistently with this policy and relevant legal requirements.

Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential browser storage or cookies needed for security and basic operation. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, page usage, device and browser information, and how visitors move through the site. Google may process identifiers and technical information according to its own privacy terms. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use Google's available analytics opt-out controls.

Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to particular uses. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some requests may be limited by legal or operational requirements.

Children's privacy
Our services are directed to adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian should provide any information needed for a minor traveler.
