This nonrefundable engagement retainer begins detailed design, supplier outreach and live availability checks.

We confirm fit, pace and priorities with you, then price the complete collection of arrangements we will manage.

Confirm with complete clarity
Your final fee is 10% of managed spend, subject to the $2,500 minimum. The retainer is credited in full, and the balance is due before reservations are placed.

Before we begin.
What exactly is managed spend?+
It is the value of the travel arrangements we research, reserve and manage for you, such as accommodation, private experiences, guides, boats, ground transport, dining events, wellness and entertainment. It does not include flights, travel insurance, taxes, gratuities, supplier penalties or arrangements you book independently.
Is the engagement retainer an extra fee?+
No. The $1,500 retainer begins detailed planning and live availability work, and is credited in full toward your final Journey Design and Management Fee. It is nonrefundable because it covers work that begins immediately.
How are experience and supplier costs presented?+
Clearly and separately from our professional fee. Before confirmation, you receive current pricing, inclusions and material cancellation terms. Prices remain subject to supplier availability, exchange-rate movement and applicable taxes until booked.
What happens if the itinerary changes after booking?+
Small pre-travel adjustments are part of normal coordination. Structural changes, additional revision rounds or changes to confirmed components may carry an additional professional fee, which we will always explain before beginning the work.
Do you receive commissions from suppliers?+
Some travel partners may pay a commission. Commercial relationships never determine our recommendations, and we disclose them when they apply. Our professional fee pays for independent design, coordination and stewardship of the complete journey.
Is support during the trip included?+
We remain available for urgent issues involving arrangements booked through us. Continuous, proactive on-trip management is available through our Private Concierge enhancement.
